$42,000 recovery for our client, a resident of Gardners, Adams County, PA. Our client sustained a neck strain/sprain injury (from which he fully recovered in under 9 months) in a car crash. This crash occurred in Gettysburg. Our client was heading north on Biglersville Road (Route 15) and the at fault, southbound driver was approaching his vehicle when he suddenly attempted to turn left, cutting off our client.
