$161,500 settlement of lawsuit filed in Chester County, PA for client from Spring City with Limited Tort Insurance, who was injured in a car crash. Our client had many serious medical problems prior to this crash, from a previous, very serious crash as well as other unrelated, but serious medical conditions. In fact, our client was already receiving Social Security Disability payments before the crash that Ostroff Law represented her for.
