$75,000 Binding Arbitration Award for Limited Tort client from New Kensington, Westmoreland County, PA. Our client sustained a hip injury, which required sporadic medical treatment. This was an excellent Award given the minimal medical treatment and the fact that our client had Limited Tort Insurance.
