$175,000 settlement obtained from multiple insurance companies for our Limited Tort client from Dover, PA. Our client was “T-Boned” by the at fault driver who blew through a red light and struck her car as she was exiting off of Interstate 83 (“I-83”) at the Yocumtown Exit, in York County, PA. As a result of this crash, our client sustained a low back injury and required surgery to repair it.
