$40,000 Elk County Settlement

$40,000 settlement for client from Saint Marys, Elk County, PA client with Limited Tort Insurance. Client injured his back when he was southbound on Chestnut Street in Saint Marys and was cut off by the at fault driver who was on Mill Street and failed to stop for the Chestnut Street stop sign. Our client required a two rounds of injections for her back pain. Ostroff Law was able to obtain this settlement despite the fact that our client carried Limited Tort Insurance.

$150,000 Elk County Settlement

Ostroff Law recovered $150,000 for this client from Penfield, Clearfield County, after she was told by her previous local lawyer that because she had Limited Tort insurance, she was not entitled to a recovery and he terminated his representation of her. Our client sustained a concussion and neck/back strain and sprain injuries in this rear end crash, which occurred in Weedville, Elk County, PA.
