$115,000 in settlement of all available insurance from multiple insurance carriers for our client with Limited Tort Insurance. Our Client was rear ended while he was in “stop and go” traffic during rush hour on I-476 a/k/a “The Blue Route.” There was minimal (under $1,000) damage to his rear bumper and no visible damage to the front of the vehicle that struck rear ended our client’s car. His neck was injured in this accident and while our client required injections as part of his medical treatment, he did not undergo surgery. Despite minimal vehicular damage from this low speed minor crash, coupled with our client having limited tort insurance, Ostroff Law was still able to obtain a substantial recovery for our client.
