$210,000 settlement of Montgomery County lawsuit for our Limited Tort client who sustained a low back injury, requiring surgery. This rear end crash occurred on Pawlings Road, in Audubon, PA. As a result of our efforts to maximize the net recovery (cash in pocket) for our client, Ostroff Law was able to dramatically reduce the amount of liens that our client owed out of this settlement. Nearly $80,000 in liens related to client’s disability insurance and medical treatment were reduced by Ostroff Law to a total compromise of $25,000.
