Case settled for $65,000 less than 5 1/2 months after Ostroff Law was retained. Our State College client had Limited Tort Car Insurance. $65,000 was all of the insurance that was available from multiple insurance companies. This crash occurred on Interstate 80 (I-80) near the Lock Haven exit. Our client injured his neck when he was rear ended by a Budget rental truck in this highway crash.
