$265,000 Settlement For Cumberland Cty Client

$265,000 settlement from three different insurance companies, acting on behalf of multiple parties. Our client, who was a resident of Shippensburg, Cumberland County, was struck in the rear by a U-Haul owned vehicle on Route 309 near Huckleberry Road, in Allentown. His neck and back were injured and he was required to undergo back surgery to address two herniated discs. This lawsuit was filed in Philadelphia, which had a positive impact on case value.
