$80,000 in total settlements with liability insurer and Under Insured Motorists (“UIM”) Insurance companies for Lewistown, Mifflin County client with Limited Tort insurance. This crash occurred in Blair County, PA where this lawsuit was filed on behalf of our client. The case went up through the appellate process and the Pennsylvania Appellate Courts affirmed the legal position taken by Ostroff Law. As a result, this created important, clear new law in Pennsylvania that will allow other injured victims covered by Limited Tort insurance to go forward with their injury claim and receive fair compensation. Once this precedent was established, the at fault driver’s insurance company agreed to pay our injured client and fairly settle her case.
