$575,000 pre-trial settlement of lawsuit filed in Pittsburgh, for our client that was rear ended by a truck in a low speed impact at a stop light. This crash caused minimal damage to the rear of his car. Our client sustained aggravation to prior neck injuries and had balance problems as a result of this crash. Our client had a Limited Tort insurance policy at the time of this crash.
